| How do I access your
downloads? |
| The downloads area is for Airmaster employees
and clients only. To access it you need our permission.
You can request this permission by filling out the
form at the downloads page. We will review your
details and send you an email notifying you of our
decision. If approved a login id and password will
be emailed to the email address you supplied. It
is important to note that when you fill out the
application, you will not receive automatic entry
into the downloads area. You won't be given access
until we approve your application. If you have any
concerns with our receipt of your personal details,
please read our privacy policy. |

| What is the client
portal and how do I access it? |
| The client portal is the gateway for our clients
to access information regarding their business with
us. In order to access this area you must be a client.

| How do I apply for a job? |
You can search for a job at our employment opportunities
page. Once you have found a job you wish to apply
for you can do so by clicking the 'Apply for this
job' link at the bottom of the page. If you are
not logged in it will ask you to log in or fill
out a new application. Airmaster Australia saves
these details so you don't have to reenter them
next time you apply for a job. If you have any concerns
with our receipt of your personal details, please
read our privacy policy.
Once you have logged in, the next step is to provide
us with your resume. We can accept resumes in .txt,
.doc or .pdf files. Alternatively you can paste
your resume into the text box. Once you click the
submit button your details will be sent to us. We
will contact you if you are selected among the applicants

| How do I edit my details once I've logged in? |
| Once you apply for a job your contact details
are saved and each time you apply for another job
they are automatically sent along with the application.
If your contact details change you can edit them
by clicking the appropriate link at the bottom of
the job application page or at the bottom of the
request more info about a job page. |
