PlantPRO® is the first complete chiller plant efficiency and optimisation solution. PlantPRO® is designed to provide control of the Chiller Plant System in a way that delivers efficiencies beyond that of the individual components. PlantPRO® uses feedback from its on board real time analytics, diagnostics, measurement and verification systems to continually readjust the chiller plant for optimum performance, irrespective of which brand of chiller and without the need for proprietary engineering tools. PlantPRO’s integrated wizard programming system configures both the hardware and software to match any chiller plant. The wizard system supports up to 10 chillers in a single system. PlantPRO® delivers a comprehensive suite of engineering tools, graphical user interfaces, reports and charting tools as well as automated maintenance reports aimed specifically at the service market.
Since upgrading to PlantPRO®, we have seen a significant reduction in running costs without compromising comfort conditions within the Centre. With rising energy costs and the move toward more sustainable buildings, increasing energy use in buildings has both financial and environmental consequences. It has become critical for building owners and facility executives to determine if their buildings are operating as efficiently as they can and if not, having the ability and control to do so.

100 Queen St, Melbourne
Project Project Description
100 Queen Street is an iconic commercial office building in the heart of Melbourne’s commercial and financial district. As one of the flagship corporate bases of ANZ, 100 Queen Street comprises 37 floors and was constructed in 1993 to complement the restoration of the heritage-listed former Melbourne Stock Exchange and ES&A Bank buildings.
The HVAC systems at 100 Queen Street employ four chillers with a total capacity of 5,090kW as well as corresponding water pumps totaling over 200kW. The cooling tower fans have a total of 29kW.
Airmaster have been conducting HVAC service and maintenance at 100 Queen Street on behalf of JLL, ANZ’s Integrated Facilities Management partner since 2006. The ANU Integrated Extra Low Voltage System (IELVS)
ANU is a dynamic and rapidly changing technologically advanced university campus. The new complex solution for the campus incorporates commercial, residential, retail and educational facilities across the entire campus.
The IELVS communicates with each ELV systems to collect, store and make available information to a range of users through various interfaces such as web-based graphics or smart mobile devices.
This information is used for monitoring, displaying, archiving, reporting, trending and provides operator overrides to each ELV systems. Project Project DescriptionThe 295 room five-star Sheraton Mirage Resort and Spa is an iconic beachfront resort on Queensland’s Gold Coast. Airmaster developed and delivered an Australian-first design to upgrade and retrofit their existing ageing and potentially high-risk chiller plant and BMS, responding quickly after a major failure of the BMS during the resort’s peak occupancy period. 388 Queen Street
Project Project Description388 Queen Street is a 14 level office building comprising of basement car parking, ground floor retail and NLA (Net Lettable Area) 6,266m². In short, the outcomes from an energy saving position have been extraordinary. In the first year since being commissioned there has been savings in excess of 280,000 kWh electrical consumption compared to the baseline year of 2011. The largest contributing factor behind these savings was to minimise the situations where cooling and heating were required at the same time.
