Breath-work Meditation

 

Holotropic Breath-work

Breath-work meditation is very different from any other meditation that you may have tried. You have the ability to use your breath to transcend the boundaries of the ego, bringing yourself into a deep trance. It is for emotional and spiritual healing and connection.  

Be aware this meditation is very strong and intense and should be done in a safe environment.

What you'll be doing is just breathing; however, it will be deep and quick, you will experience tingles as the oxygen reaches your whole body.

You can use this technique by finding a workshop (facebook events is a great place to find breath-work meditation workshops) or you can do online in guided meditations which you can find on YouTube.
