Airmaster named finalist for two AIRAH Awards

Airmaster has been announced as a multiple finalist in the 2017 AIRAH Awards, the HVAC&R industry’s most prestigious awards.

A previous AIRAH awards winner, this year Airmaster has been named as a finalist in the Excellence in Sustainability and Excellence in Innovation categories respectively.

Airmaster’s work with Emporium Melbourne on driving efficiencies through a collaborative Energy Audit is a finalist in the Excellence in Sustainability category. Whilst a data-driven, predictive maintenance solution delivered in conjunction with BUENO and Knight Frank, resulting in an improved NABERS rating to 222 Exhibition Street in Melbourne, is in-line for the Excellence in Innovation award.

The awards recognise and celebrate Australia’s outstanding HVAC&R projects and leaders.

Airmaster CEO Noel Courtney said “The AIRAH Awards acknowledge excellence, dedication and leadership in contributing towards promoting industry best practice – something we regard as critical to our future success”.

“As a company that prides itself on innovative solutions, recognition of these two projects demonstrates that the future of the HVAC&R industry needs this type of forward-thinking, proactive approach.”

AIRAH CEO Tony Gleeson says industry recognition such as the AIRAH Awards encourages improvement in best-practice standards, consistently raising the bar across the HVAC&R industry.

“In past years we’ve showcased the industry’s best, and we hope that through continuing to recognise excellence, we encourage the wider industry to strive for high standards of achievement,” Gleeson says.

“The AIRAH Awards are a pivotal component of the Institute’s activities.”

Winners will be announced at the AIRAH Awards 2017 Presentation Dinner, which will be held on Thursday, November 2, at Doltone House, Jones Bay Wharf Pyrmont, Sydney.
