Airmaster is proud to announce a multi-year partnership with Melbourne Victory Football Club as an Associate Partner, launching a collaboration that redefines what sponsorship can look like.
The partnership is built around co-designing meaningful community programs that uplift, empower, and create opportunities for the next generation - particularly in the skilled trades sector, including HVAC.
A New Model for Industry Impact
Together with Melbourne Victory, Airmaster will help deliver Victory Rising - a youth leadership program focused on building life skills, confidence, and career readiness through workshops, mentoring and real-world experience.
Complementing this, Victory Careers will bring players, families, and community partners together in an expo-style event designed to highlight off-field career pathways - including technical trades like HVAC. Airmaster will play a key role in showcasing the diverse opportunities across our industry and inspiring the next generation to consider a career in building services.

Shared Values, Shared Vision
Airmaster has long been a champion of apprenticeships, training, and people-first solutions in the built environment. This partnership deepens that legacy, aligning Airmaster with one of Australia’s most values-led sporting organisations - and providing a professional, highly visible platform to help drive long-term social and workforce impact.
Melbourne Victory Managing Director, Caroline Carnegie, said she was thrilled to welcome Airmaster into the Victory family.
“We’re incredibly proud to be partnering with Airmaster, a business with deep Melbourne roots that shares our vision to lead, unite, connect and inspire.”
“Their commitment to youth leadership and career pathways will have a real and lasting impact, and we look forward to working with them to bring these programs to life for the benefit of the wider Melbourne community.”
Airmaster Group Managing Director, Wayne Bover, said the company was excited to begin this partnership with Melbourne Victory.
“Airmaster is proud to partner with Melbourne Victory as part of our commitment to strengthening the future of the HVAC industry. We see this as an opportunity to give back,
open new career pathways, and champion a trade that plays a vital role in the building environment.”
"For Airmaster, this initiative offers a unique opportunity to spotlight the importance of HVAC, reach underrepresented groups, and showcase the diverse, meaningful careers that exist within our industry. This partnership is a shared commitment with Victory to creating positive change.
