Airmaster receives prestigious Myer Supplier of the Year Award

Airmaster is proud to have been recognised once again at the annual Myer Supplier of the Year Awards, winning Best Facilities Management Supplier.

Now a three-time award winner in this category, Airmaster was on hand to collect the award at Myer’s annual gala ball held at Crown Melbourne’s Palladium Ballroom on Friday night.

In its ninth year, the Awards recognise brands, merchandisers, designers and other partners who demonstrate commitment and passion in delivering innovative retail experiences for Myer customers. Myer CEO Richard Umbers said the Myer Supplier of the Year Awards is a highly anticipated event for the Myer team and suppliers each year.

“Our partners play an integral role in bringing the love of shopping to life for our customers. Our business is undergoing a major transformation and the support of our partners enables us to deliver new Myer experiences to our customers.” he said

Airmaster has been providing mechanical services across all 67 Myer stores around Australia since 2008, and recently undertook and delivered a major BMS Sustainability project that contributes to Myer’s Energy Management Strategy and the target of reducing energy intensity (use of energy per square meter of store space) by 10-15% by 2018.

“We’re really honoured to be named Myer Supplier of the Year,” said Airmaster CEO Noel Courtney.

“As one of Australia’s most iconic retail brands, the team at Airmaster are committed to ensuring Myer customers and staff operate in a comfortable environment in the most efficient and sustainable ways possible.” he said.

Airmaster was named alongside other winners including IBM Australia, Lego Australia, Advertising Agency Clemenger BBDO and Cosmetics brand M.A.C, who took out the overall Supplier of the Year Award.
