The Airmaster Western Australian projects team have recently completed a chiller replacement at 16 Parliament Place. Situated in West Perth, this 'A' grade building consists of a ground floor and three upper floors.
Working closely with facility management company, Knight Frank, the team successfully removed the existing two Trane Chillers and installed two Daikin Air-cooled chillers as well as the associated pumps and equipment. Associated works included chilled water pipework and insulation, MSSB, electrical, controls, drafting, commissioning and maintenance.
Discussing the venture, Senior Project Manager, David Repper, said "the scope of works surrounding this project demonstrates the capabilities behind the Airmaster Projects team. A great result for all parties involved."
Airmaster expects the chiller replacement will also result in energy savings for the client, helping to not only provide a successful but sustainable solution.
